Jeff helped me sell my condo and then buy a home.  He is smart and understands the market, and also demonstrated that he is a savvy negotiator.  Not only that but his listing, which looked awesome, was a fraction of what other realtors wanted to charge, and when purchasing, he gave me a rebate back that covered my closing costs.  I can honestly say he is unlike any other realtor I’ve ever met- he cares about my money the way I do.
